Working with a mill in Yorkshire, Weku Yarn has developed a custom blend of Blue Faced Leicester (BFL) fleece and Corriedale fleece, to produce a soft yet durable DK weight yarn.
With this wonderful blend of fibers, Bukom DK is perfect for colourwork, cables and texture – from sweaters and cardigans to hats and shawls. The BFL adds a lovely sheen and drape, whilst the Corriedale adds a bounce to the yarn.
Once you finish your project make sure to wet block it with a small amount of wool wash as this will soften it and make it bloom.
