Hand dyed with wicked sweet style!

A fairly new dyeing studio, established in 2021, still Ross Taylor of Twisted Ambitions Yarn is creating ripples in the fibre world with his unique style gaining a lot of attention.

Ross has a special eye for bright, fun, popping colour combos, his palette range from the fantastical multicoloured speckles, to eye-lusting semi-solids - all goregously complemental to eachother. Ross says:
"Most, if not all my inspiration, comes from the colours that come to me when I close my eyes. I've always been a very colourful person so it feels natural being able to play with colour all day. Some of my colour way names are inspired by music or movies/TV shows, and sometimes nature."

The Sweet Sock is a 4ply weight yarn with a high twist. The Merino provides warmth and a lovely soft touch to the skin, enhanced with nylon and in a high twist this yarn is designed to withstand wear. Perfect for your next favourite pair of socks, and for all longwearing garments.
