Wool Soap
The Twig & Horn Wool Soap was built from the ground up, ingredient by ingredient, to naturally bring the most out of your woolen garments. Packed with the highest-grade lanolin available, this soap will leave your garments clean, refreshed, and more luxurious than the day you bought or made them. Most pieces will take only a few capfuls to thoroughly wash and lanolize. Subtly scented with essential oils, we recommend a light rinse, or no rinse at all, for optimal results. Ingredients: Water, Organic Olive Oil, USP Lanolin, Potassium Hydroxide, Hempseed oil, Avocado, Jojoba Oil, Essential Oils (in scented versions only).
The 8 oz. bottles will cover for up to 30 washes, the smaller 4 oz. up to 15 washes. The smaller 4 oz. size is perfect for including with a handknit gift. Make it easy for recipients to care for their handknits correctly, while increasing the longevity of the gift for many years to come.
Twig & Horn does not use an emulsifier in their Wool Soap, and some might notice essential oil at the top of the scented versions of the soap, if the soap has been sitting on a shelf. The soap is still safe to use, and giving the bottle a shake before use will redistribute the essential oils, returning it back to normal.
