With a distinct style where experience and skill seeps through every single strand of fibre, Jude of Stranded Dyeworks creates smooth colour transitions and speckles that truly pop. With an eye for detail Stranded Dyeworks pays just as much attention to the environmental impact of their yarns as they do their beautiful colours, the fibres used are mulesing free and the Blue Faced Leicester is sourced here in the UK. The superwash yarns are treated in highly regulated plants both in the UK and in South America. They are coated in a resin that biodegrades along with the wool, should it end up in landfill.
The BFL Nylon is a 4ply weight yarn with a high twist. British Bluefaced Leichester provides warmth and a lovely soft touch to the skin, enhanced with nylon and in a high twist this yarn is designed to withstand wear. Perfect for your next favourite pair of socks, and for all longwearing garments.
