Yarn Kit – Frozen Lake pullover by Kay Hopkins

Kay Hopkins's pullover Frozen lake is knit in Tukuwool DK with a stunning stranded colourwork yoke, reminiscent of trees and icicles or a frozen lake. 

Worked in the round this top-down seamlessly knit pullover starts at the neck. With a rolled garter edge neckline as seen in the pictures or choose a turtleneck, double-crew, or funnel neck options. After the colourwork yoke is completed the body and sleeves are divided. The body and sleeves are then worked separately in the round and sleeves can be knit long or short. A colourwork motif is worked at the cuff that echoes the yoke. 

Intermediate level pattern but could be accessible to an Advanced Beginner knitter with experience in skills used. Skills Used: German Short Rows, increases, decreases, stranded colourwork.

Sizes: XS(S, S2, M, M2, L)(L2, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL). Finished Measurements:  31.75(34.25, 37.75, 40, 42.25, 44.75)(46, 49, 52, 55, 61) inches / 80.5(87, 96, 101.5, 107.5, 113.5)(117, 124.5, 132, 139.5, 155) cm. Choose size that is 4” / 10 cm larger than chest measurement.

Please note amounts have been calculated for the rolled neck option, additional yarn may be required for other neck options.
In addition you will need circular needles sized: 3.5 mm / US 4 16”/40 cm and 29-32”/70-80 cm.  3.25 mm / US 3 16”/40 cm and 29-32”/70-80 cm. 3.75 mm / US 5 16”/40 cm. Stitch markers and a darning needle for weaving in your ends.
