Pan – Tarik Roshan

Garnsurr is a social integration project for refugee women in Norway. The project is aimed at women, because women often find themselves struggling to find jobs feeling isolated because the oppotrunities to learn the Norwegain language are quite limited. Through working at Garnsurr these women learn Norwegian at the same time as feeling productive and creative managing a working life - which again contributes to their integration into the Norwegian culture and society.

Their colours range from dark, rich and earthy to lighter vibrant tones, the women's own cultural heritage often result in surprising combinations but always with a beautiful result. Pan is a plump 3-plied sport weight yarn with a rustic hand and an incredible sheen due to the long buck mohair fibres. The fibre composition of 70% Buck Mohair and 30% Dalasheep takes the dyes beautifully to really show of the colours but not at least the textures of your garment whether you are knitting socks, shawls or light weight cardigans.
