Tukuwool

Tukuwool is the marvellous one-woman show of Tiina Huhtaniemi, born from the love of wool and colour, through her renown Finnish yarnshop TitiTyy, she has developed a unique yarn range in 100% Finnish Sheep Wool.

Relaunching the brand this Autumn 2023, the range includes Tukuwool DK, Tukuwool Fingering and Tukuwool Sock, with the Tukuwool DK already available. The wool used in the range is from Finnish sheep farms that rear Finnsheep and Finnsheep/Texel breeds, it is spun into yarn in Mikkeli and the yarn is then dyed in Hämeenkyrö, it represents sustainable local production at its best and the result is a wholesome, hearty and plump yarn that runs smoothly across your needles and will result in your most favourite knitwear.
