Knit with attitude does not accept order cancellations after having shipped your order. If you are unhappy with the goods received, I offer a 30 day return policy from the date that you receive your order, provided that the goods are returned in the same condition as when they were despatched. Please arrange for the parcel to be sent back, via a carrier of your choice. I recommend that a proof of postage is obtained, as Knit with attitude cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. As soon as the products have been received and their condition have been confirmed, I will issue a refund of the purchase except the shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. This is in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. I am happy to refund or exchange your order, but I can not provide credit notes for funds to be used at a later time.
