Workshop – Learn How to Knit - Sundays 4th and 11th June
Learn all the skills you need to start your own knitting adventures!
In this workshop, held over two sessions of 2 hours each, you will learn the basics of knitting, how to cast on, the knit stitch, how to cast off and finishing your project. The result is a pair of fingerless gloves to warm your hands and soul throughout the colder seasons.
Felix is an experienced knitter with a wealth of knowledge, he is patient and welcoming, and will make sure you leave with the skillset and knowledge you need to venture further into the world of knitting. Over 2 weeks he will hold you by the hand working through your very first project!
Materials needed for class are: Aran weight yarn, a pair of 5.5mm needles and a darning needle for finishing. Bring your own or buy our Starter's Kit on the day. As always, students receive 10% off on purchases made on the day of the workshop. And of course, there is tea and nibbles available during class.
