Shipping and handling
PLEASE NOTE Knit with attitude is attending the Unravel Festival February 21st - 23rd. Online orders can be placed as normal, but none will be processed until upon our return Monday February 24th. This includes pick-up in store orders.
Knit with attitude supports our local post office and send our parcels through them using Royal Mail and Parcel Force services. We work hard to make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible, and aim to have your order dispatched the following working day upon placing your order. Estimated delivery is the next working day within UK with Royal Mail 1st Class and 2-3 days with 2nd Class, 5-7 working days to the EU with Parcel Force International Standard/International Tracked and 10-14 working days for rest of the world with Parcel Force International Standard/International Tracked. Estimated delivery using International Economy is 10-15 days within EU and 6 - 8 weeks to the rest of the world (estimated delivery excludes the dispatch date).
Although there is a good chance your order could be delivered the next day, bear in mind that we do not guarantee next day delivery. For your records, you will receive your final invoice and shipping note on the dispatch date. If your order has been dispatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period, please contact me. Please note: Royal Mail does not class a UK order as missing until 15 days from the date of dispatch. For orders outside of the UK, this period rises to 30 days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery costs are defined by the total weight of your order and shipping address.
Within UK all orders above the sum of £50 will be shipped for free.
Knit with attitude does not accept order cancellations after having shipped your order. If you are unhappy with the goods received, I offer a 30 day return policy from the date that you receive your order, provided that the goods are returned in a saleable condition. As soon as the products have been received and their condition have been confirmed, I will issue a refund of the purchase except the shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. This is in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. I am happy to refund or exchange your order, but I can not provide credit notes for funds to be used at a later time.
