Who we are

Knit with attitude is a small, bespoke independent UK knitting shop. We specialise in ethical and eco-friendly yarn, books and accessories for hand knitting and crochet. We arrange talks, workshops and one to one lessons.

In everything we do we try to represent a positive attitude toward the world, sharing a concern about its resources and the way we take care of our planet.

At Knit with attitude we aim to close the gap between generations and hope to offer a contemporary, inspiring, and welcoming experience when visiting our shop whether it is in the actual High Street shop or when visiting online.

We believe in building long term customer relationships and truly enjoy being part of our customers’ creative journey offering guidance and encouragement along the way.

Sunday: CLOSED

Christmas Eve December 24th 10am - 1pm
Christmas Day December 25th - December 28th: CLOSED
December 29th: 11am - 4pm
December 30th: 11am - 4pm
New Year's Eve December 31st - January 1st: CLOSED
Normal opening hours resume Friday January 2nd 2026.
